Nothing speaks better for RACPro than the product itself. We have created a demo version that is a 'read-only' version.
This means that you can click through all features of the program but cannot add or delete data.
RACPro is super easy to use. There are built-in help files on every page. If you cannot find the explanation you need,
our support staff is available to answer any questions.
On the RACPro Main Menu, on the left side of the screen, are the items that represent initial decisions regarding
how you want to use the software.
Here is where you can weight your job match factors, set up your competency framework, create your skill bank,
set up departments and divisions, languages, currency and

country. You can also define any additional recruitment screening devices you would like to use.
Screening devices would include such tools as English proficiency exams, psychometric instruments,
typing tests etc. Here is also where you set up your security definitions for defined users.
On the top right of the main menu is the job profiles section. Here is where you enter job descriptions
and assign competency profiles. This section also serves as your job profiles library.
The requisitions section, right under the job profiles section, allows you to manage and track requisitions.
The candidate database is the heart of the program.
|
Candidates can apply online, or alternatively, data can be entered manually from a paper CV. From the
candidate database you can search for candidates, score candidates, assign them to requisitions, post
comments on candidates and manage the interview process.
RACPro features a built-in calendar to make it easy to track multiple interviews with multiple interviewers.
RACPro enhances organization communication by making candidate and requisition status visible at any time
to authorized managers.
RACPro enables you, step by step, to design an effective recruitment system tailored to your organization's needs.
